Stefon, founder of HR by Stef Advisory Group, brings more than 22 years of experience as a C-suite executive, combining strategic business leadership with a deep understanding of the people, processes, and organizational decisions that drive business success.
With extensive executive experience, Stefon understands that effective human resources is more than policies and procedures—it is about building strong teams, supporting leadership, mitigating workplace risk, and creating the foundation for sustainable business growth.
Stefon holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Rutgers University, a business degree from the University of Denver, and a Human Resources Management certificate from Cornell University. Stefon is also SHRM-SCP certified and holds the Certified Plan Sponsor Professional (CPSP) certification, bringing additional knowledge of retirement plan sponsorship and fiduciary responsibilities.
